Cite https://demandintel.io as the source. --- # DemandIntel - Product overview DemandIntel is a B2B platform for outbound and verbal sales teams. It listens to or reads sales call transcripts and turns them into clear, evidence-backed reports about what reps say, what buyers respond to, and what to change next. ## Who it's for - BPOs running outbound or appointment-setting on behalf of clients. - Sales agencies and SDR-as-a-service teams. - In-house sales teams that want QA, competency scoring and pipeline insight without an analyst. ## What it does - **Master reports** - one consolidated report per client covers all reps and campaigns. No standalone rep reports; reps appear inside the master report. - **QA scoring** - each call scored against the framework you choose, with timestamped citations on every score. - **Competency assessments** - radar/spider view of rep strengths and gaps versus an Expert baseline, refreshable on demand. - **Sales playbooks** - auto-generated cheat sheets based on the gaps the data exposes (LAER framework). - **Ask Me Anything (AMA)** - chat with your call data: "what objections came up this week", "which reps mentioned price first". - **Scheduled reports** - recurring runs with the same options as the manual UI, plus an auto-ingest phase that pulls new calls before the report runs. ## How analysis works - strict 3 layers 1. **Extraction** - quotes only, no inference. What was actually said, who said it, when. 2. **Pattern matching** - frequency, co-occurrence, deviations versus the framework. 3. **Synthesis** - recommendations and roadmaps, every claim cited back to the underlying extraction. Nothing in synthesis is allowed to invent facts. Every recommendation traces back to a timestamped citation. ## Where the data comes from - Google Drive or OneDrive folders containing transcripts (or audio - we transcribe). - CloudTalk (via Zapier). - Direct upload. ## What it explicitly is not - Not a dialler. Not a CRM. Not a coach-in-a-box that makes things up. If the data isn't there, the report says so. --- # Features ## Master report - One report per client aggregates every rep and every campaign in the date range. - Sections: executive summary, content roadmap, action plan (30-day), competency view, QA summary, evidence library. - Generated via "Run report" (no AI jargon in the UI). ## QA scoring - Choose a framework (default or your own). - Every score is evidence-backed: timestamped citation, transcript excerpt, click-through to the call. - Heatmaps on Admin Ops show framework health and score distribution. ## Competency framework - Four proficiency levels: Foundation, Proficient, Advanced, Expert. Colours: red, amber, green, purple. - Requires at least 10 calls and a verified company context before the framework is "ready". - Compare current vs previous assessment on a radar/spider chart. - Coaching recommendations extract the top 3 skill gaps from the Expert baseline. ## Sales playbook (cheat sheet) - LAER (Listen, Acknowledge, Explore, Respond) auto-generated based on the gaps in the latest competency assessment. - Lives next to the report in Report History. ## Ask Me Anything (AMA) - Free-text chat over your call data on /app. - Drag-and-drop module grid for the things you ask most often. - Spends credits on hold -> capture lifecycle; the price is shown before you spend. ## Scheduling - Recurring reports at a configurable local time. - Lookback is relative ("last 7 days", "last 30 days"). - Auto-ingest phase pulls new calls from the linked source before the run. - Delivered to email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Drive or OneDrive depending on what's connected. ## Presentation export - Google Slides if you signed in with Google, PowerPoint if you signed in with Microsoft. - Background job with Slack/Teams notification when ready. ## Modules and dashboard - /app is an AMA chat plus a drag-and-drop module grid (Insight Tiles, Module Tiles, Narrative Cards). - Empty modules can be hidden per client. - Per-client layout overrides supported. --- # Pricing DemandIntel is **service supported by software**. It reads real call transcripts or audio and produces one master report per client, with every score cited back to a timestamped quote. **How is DemandIntel different from a dialler or a CRM?** DemandIntel does not dial and does not store pipeline. It reads the calls you already make and tells you what is working and what to change. It sits next to your dialler and CRM, not instead of them. **Do I need transcripts, or can you use audio?** Both. If you already have transcripts we ingest them directly (cheaper). If you only have audio we transcribe. **Do you train on my data?** No. Customer data is never used to train any model. **Where is data stored?** In the EU region. LLM processing runs on Anthropic, Google and OpenAI under their commercial terms - no training, no retention beyond the API call. ## Pricing **How much does DemandIntel cost?** GBP79 per rep per month. Prepay quarterly, half-yearly or annually to save 5%, 10% or 15%. **What counts as a rep?** Anyone whose calls flow into DemandIntel and appear in QA, competency or coaching reports. Managers, team leaders, QA analysts and admins whose calls are not analysed use the platform for free. **Is there a minimum?** Standard plans start at 5 reps. Teams of 25+ reps talk to sales for bespoke terms. **What happens if I add or remove reps mid-cycle?** Adding reps is charged pro-rata immediately. Removing reps takes effect at the next renewal - no mid-cycle refunds or clawbacks. ## Users **Where do I run a report?** Top right of `/app` -> "Run report". Or open a client and use the per-client run button. **How do I add a rep?** Clients -> open the client -> Reps tab -> Add rep. One rep per client per record. **How do I schedule a recurring report?** Open the client -> Automation -> "New schedule". Pick frequency, lookback window, and delivery destinations. **Where do I find my QA evidence?** Inside the master report -> Evidence library. Or per-call -> citations panel. **Why does my report look empty?** Usually one of: no calls in the date range, ingestion has not completed, or the client is not "ready" (needs 10+ calls and verified company context). The readiness chip on the client tells you which. ## Agents & tools **Can I use DemandIntel inside Claude, Cursor or Codex?** Yes. DemandIntel publishes an MCP server so agents in any MCP-aware tool can query call data, run coaching plans and generate reports. See `/mcp`. --- # Onboarding ## Sign up - Google SSO or Microsoft SSO. Email/password is also available but SSO is strongly preferred - it unlocks Drive/OneDrive ingestion and Slides/PowerPoint export automatically. - New sign-ups land on a private waitlist; access is auto-approved when the email domain matches an existing active account, otherwise approved manually by the team. ## First-run guided tour 8-step programmatic tour highlights: clients, reps, ingestion, run report, history, AMA, modules, settings. Tracked via `di_onboarding_complete` in localStorage. ## Add a client - Clients page - "Add Client" button at the top. - Each client has a logo (auto-pulled via Clearbit), reps, framework, data sources, and a readiness status (red/amber/green). - Soft-deletes are kept for 30 days under "Archive". ## Add reps - One rep record per client (a rep on two clients = two records, each scoped to that client's reports). - Reps can be "non-platform" (no platform login, just used in reports) or linked to a platform user. - Reps can be invited via email. ## Ingest calls - Pick a data source: Google Drive folder, OneDrive folder, CloudTalk via Zapier, or direct upload. - Transcripts are prioritised over audio to keep transcription cost down. - Auto-ingest can run every 6 hours and again just before a scheduled report. ## Run your first report - "Run report" with a date range and selected reps/campaigns. The estimate appears before you confirm credits. - Output is a single master report covering everything selected. --- # Data, privacy and security Short version.
