About

We think seller development is an evidence problem.

The hardest question in sales training is not how to teach. It is knowing what this particular person should work on next, and being able to show why.

DemandIntel is the company. Dynamic Sales Enablement is the way of working we build for.

Why we built it

It started with a practical frustration.

Working with phone sales teams, we kept seeing the same thing. Managers wanted to coach but had no time to find examples. Leaders wanted proof the training budget worked and could not get it. Salespeople wanted specific feedback and got a dashboard.

Everyone was working from a tiny slice of what was actually said. So we built something that reads all of it, shows where each finding came from, and leaves the judgement to the people who should be making it.

What we believe

Four things we believe.

Most sales training fails quietly

Not because the content is wrong, but because it has nothing to do with the calls someone made yesterday, and it is forgotten by the time it matters.

Opinions are expensive

When the loudest voice in the meeting decides what to fix, you end up working on the loudest problem rather than the biggest one.

Managers make the difference

No software coaches anyone. Its job is to make a manager’s hour count, then get out of the way.

You should be able to check the evidence

If we cannot point to the moment in the call that backs up a claim, we do not make it.

How we work

Careful with claims, careful with data.

We do not make up statistics, show customer logos we have not earned, or quote accuracy figures that depend on things we cannot control. If something is not proven, we say so.

We treat data the same way. Sales calls are sensitive and often contain personal details, so we find and mask those details before anything is sent to an AI provider. Each account is walled off from every other one by the database itself, not by the app.

If you are trying to make coaching a regular habit rather than a yearly event, we would like to hear how you are going about it.
